DAY ONE MEAL LIST:

BREAKFAST:  
1 cup fresh fruit

SNACK #1:
Baby Carrots

LUNCH: 
1 cup fresh fruit
Broccoli and Mushroom mix

SNACK #2
Yellow bell pepper

DINNER:
Fresh greens with lemon juice
1 Cup fresh fruit

SNACK #3
Bell peppers
Broccoli
Mushrooms
Cucumbers
